Due to the perishable nature of our craft jerky, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or refund. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

Resolution
Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method or a new tracking number will be issued for your replacement jerky.
